Steve has over 28 years experience in the
construction field, in purchasing, renovation, and rehabbing
properties. As a general contractor he has constructed
new homes, townhouses, and apartments as well as completing
numerous remodeling projects in both residential and commercial.
In 1989 he won "Best of Show"
for his construction work in the Home Builders Association of
Kankakee Parade of Homes. Steve is a past board member of the
Home Builders Association of Kankakee County.
