The inspection fees vary slightly depending on the size and
age of the house. Please call Steve
at 815.933.9266 for additional information.
- A full inspection of a typical 1800 square
foot house is $300.00 - $325.00 in Kankakee, Iroquois, and
southern Will counties.
- Radon Testing is available, and strongly
encouraged for $225.00 which includes up to two monitor locations.
- A re-inspection fee is $125.00 - $175.00

New Construction:
Final walk through includes pictures, testing of
new equipment, and all electrical outlets for $325.00.
Five step new construction inspection up
to 3000 square foot home in Kankakee, Iroquois, and southern
Will counties if $925.00.
- Inspection of footing and foundation,
including pictures
- Rough in framing inspection, including
pictures
- Rough in electrical & plumbing inspection,
including pictures
- Pre-drywall walk through with customer
and project quality control person, including pictures
- Final walk through
with customer and quality control persona, including pictures
and testing of all new equipment and electrical.
